EXPLAINED
Returns will ONLY be accepted once the reason for the return has been established/agreed between us & the customer WITHIN the 14 day cooling off period.
Meaning - You must initiate communication and complaint process within 14 DAYS receiving the product/s
informing us of the reason why you are not satisfied and you wish to return the unwanted product/s.
(It could be one of the following acceptable reasons)
A. The product has been received damaged whilst in transit
B. Condition, manufacturers defects or broken part
- All returns will be accessed, on their receipt, before a refund is offered -
(Make sure when packaging to return, the consignment is both protected & secure)
Only in the event of the above reasons A. & B. will a FULL REFUND or REPLACMENT be offered.
In the event of just wishing to return due to another reason than above.
This 'may' be requested BUT not ultimately fulfiiled.
This is not standard practice for any product purchased, from us or anyone
Especially when the 14 day cooling off period has been exceeded.
Be mindful that the return will be at your cost, you will only receive a part percentage
of the products refund value on it's return to us.
We DO NOT supply a FREE return service.
The RETURN is the responsibility of the customer
In the event of B. & C. You will be COMPENSATED
