PRODUCT INFORMATION

Q. Can the Lowdown Shifter Mount System fit on a block/square material?
A. No currently it doesn't. It is specifically designed to fit only Tubular Construction.
The most common material found manufacturing entry level simulators.

Q.
What else can I use the Interfaces for?
A. Due to the material used it offers a platform for an Activity Camera, Gopro & other recording devices.
You may also be able to install other products dependent upon the hole pattern & if hard or soft install.

Q. The Lowdown Shifter Mount is still loose what do I do?
A. Firstly have you followed the instructions in full? Have you used the correct rubbers in combination? Was you left with a slight gap in Between the 2 x parts of the clamp when fully tightened?
These are the common causes.
If you feel the Mount is providing inadequate grip strength SIMPLY try changing the internal rubber reducers accordingly.
Try mixing or matching the rubber reducers & presenting again. Failing all please let us know by contacting us.

Q. I've tried everything you have advised but I still cannot get the mount on?
A. Our mount system is specifically for 20mm to 35mm Tubular Construction ONLY
There is a larger mount available The MEGA Mount 25mm to 50mm. If you feel you have the wrong mount for your sized Tubing please get In contact within 14 days of purchase & we will work together as a team to provide a solution. Though this should have all been addressed via the order process.
IF however you have crossed the threads, not read the INSTALL instructions & not tightened the Lowdown Shifter Mount equally, integrity is hoped for. PLEASE by honest & respectful. The matter can be dealt with.

Q. The Interface appears to be turning?
A.  Have you perhaps missed a fixing component out? Is the Anti-Twist System been installed correctly?
Does the fixings need tightening/re-tightening? Correct rubber grip combination in the Mount.
Go through the instructions as advised, in most cases a quick tighten up usually will do the trick.
